Unlike most of your other software vendor/providers, your credit report invoice is mostly based on transaction activity. For example, if your credit report activity is down 40% for March, your invoice from CBC for credit report activity will be approximately 40% less (you pay for what you use). However, in addition to making the necessary operational adjustments to continue to support our customers, and despite the drastic decrease in credit report activity, we’d like to announce some interim reductions to our customer’s April invoices (on all accounts that are current with CBC and not past due) as a show of support during these difficult times.
