The CBC family would like to express our gratitude to all first responders and front-line workers. Those who selflessly go into battle (work) every day as we as a nation, a society, a world, battle through these unbelievable times. All of us at CBC and our families thank you from the bottom of our hearts.
We also want to express our deepest condolences for anyone affected by the COVID-19 pandemic. We, as a people, will prevail and get through this more robust and better prepared than we ever have been.
To all of our customers, partners, and friends, we want you to know everyone here at CBC is doing well, and we are very fortunate to have remained safe and healthy since this virus started after the first of the year.
We have been and continue to exceed all the necessary protocols required by the State of California and the CDC in our physical office locations and all of our remote employee locations.
CBC’s infrastructure is stable and still 99.999% reliable, and communications with our technology partners is solid. We continue to maintain secure multi-rollover data centers to ensure our services stay up and running and your business remains functioning.
If you are a CBC subscriber or partner, you know, there has been no interruption of service or concern of any failures within CBC’s control. We said this back in April, and we are incredibly proud to be able to say it still today.
The CBC staff, from our software engineers to support team to our sales staff, have effectively worked either fully or partially remote since this began. Still, we continue to develop new and exciting products and maintain full communication with all of our customers and partners.
Rest assured, we will continue to provide the most advanced, most reliable products and services available now, and long after we get back to normal.
Thank you for your continued support and patronage during this wild 2020 ride. Please stay safe and remain diligent in protecting yourself and others.
The CBC Team
